Return Window:

Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to return an item, should they be unsatisfied with their purchase. Any return requests made beyond this window will unfortunately not be accepted.

Return Requirements:

To initiate a return, the purchased product must meet the following criteria:

  1. Original Condition: The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  2. Packaging: The item should be in its original packaging, with all the tags and labels attached, and accompanied by all the accessories, manuals, or free gifts received with it.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or invoice, must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 3 days after delivery.
  • Any item which is in Health or Personal care category.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service Team  within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the return address.
  3. Pack the Item Securely: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number, and a copy of the invoice or order confirmation. Put the Label on the return packet.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item to the provided return address. 
  5. Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Refund Amount:

The refund amount will be the total purchase price paid by the customer minus any shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred when filling the order.
